By using Nestled, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who we are

Nestled is a product built and operated by Flux8Labs, a software studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. References to "we," "us," or "Nestled" in these terms refer to Flux8Labs. You can reach us at [email protected].

The service

Nestled lets you upload documents and create embeddable AI chatbots that answer questions based exclusively on your uploaded content. You get a JavaScript snippet you paste onto your website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We'll try to give you at least 30 days' notice for material changes that affect paid plans.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and embed tokens secure.
• One account per person or business entity. You may not share accounts.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nestled.

Your content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and index your content solely for the purpose of powering your chatbots.

You must not upload content that:

• Violates any law or third-party rights (copyright, privacy, defamation)
• Contains malware, exploits, or harmful code
• Is designed to deceive, defraud, or harm users of your chatbot
• Includes personal data of others without appropriate consent

We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice and may suspend or terminate your account.

Plans and limits

Each plan comes with defined limits on chatbots, documents, and monthly queries. If you exceed your plan's limits, queries will return a rate-limit response. Upgrading your plan restores access.

We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing and limits with 30 days' notice for existing paid subscribers.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

For our refund policy, see Refund Policy. Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period.

Prohibited uses

You must not use Nestled to:

• Impersonate individuals or businesses without authorisation
• Send spam or unsolicited communications via your widget
• Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to Nestled as your own product without our written agreement

AI output disclaimer

Nestled generates responses using AI models (Groq, OpenAI, or Hugging Face). AI can make mistakes. Responses are based solely on your uploaded content — we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before deploying chatbots in critical or regulated contexts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestled and Flux8Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Nestled shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. On termination, your chatbots will stop working immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email and/or a notice in the dashboard for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
