Things you're probably wondering.
No. Nestled retrieves chunks from your documents and answers only from what it finds. If the question isn't covered, it says so and routes the visitor to email or WhatsApp. Every answer can be traced back to the source chunk.
PDF, plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md). Up to 5 MB per file. Word docs are on the roadmap. URL scraping isn't supported yet — we'd rather do file ingestion well first.
About two minutes. Upload your files, pick a color and a name, copy the script tag, paste it before </body> on your site. Most users go from signup to a live widget in under five minutes.
Yes — the BYOK plan exists for exactly this. Plug in your Groq or OpenAI API key. Your key is encrypted with AES-256 at rest, never logged, never exposed. You pay your provider directly; we charge a flat ₹299/month.
On Supabase, in the ap-south-1 region (Mumbai). Your documents are stored in a private bucket scoped to your account. We don't train models on your data.
On Free, the widget shows a polite message asking the visitor to email you instead. On paid plans, you get an email at 80% and 100% — the widget keeps working.
